For this guest bathroom remodel, we started by completely gutting the existing space. We replaced the water-damaged subfloor and floor joists, installed a new bathtub, and added a waterproof membrane on the shower walls and bathroom floor for long-lasting protection.
Next, we upgraded the shower area with elegant porcelain subway tile and installed durable, stylish luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the bathroom. A modern maple floating vanity with a sleek quartz countertop provided a beautiful finishing touch.
