Whole Condo Remodel in Lake Hamilton – Project Highlights
We begin by showcasing the beautiful transformation of this condo remodel. We installed new LED puck lights throughout the ceiling, along with durable, stylish, and pet-friendly luxury vinyl plank flooring that mimics the look of real hardwood. Each room received updated trim and fresh coats of paint on the walls, ceiling, doors, and trim for a clean, polished look.
The remodeled living area now features a stunning dry stack stone fireplace with a sleek quartz hearth. A convenient new receptacle was also added behind the stone, allowing for easy installation of a flat-screen TV above the fireplace.
Kitchen Remodel
At Geer Inc., kitchen remodeling is one of our specialties. In this condo, we completely gutted and redesigned the kitchen space. To create an open and airy feel, we removed the wall separating the kitchen and dining room and raised the ceiling height. We then installed beautiful, natural-finish alder cabinets, bright white quartz countertops, recessed and under-cabinet lighting, and updated plumbing fixtures. The project was finished with a stylish tile backsplash and brand-new appliances.
Hall Bathroom Renovation
We also specialize in bathroom remodeling and performed a full renovation of the hall bathroom. The previously low ceiling was raised to 8 feet, and we installed a new bathtub surrounded by elegant porcelain tile walls. Additional features included a freshly painted vanity with white quartz countertops, modern plumbing fixtures, and matching porcelain tile flooring. To ensure durability and prevent leaks, we installed a waterproof membrane beneath the shower tile and bathroom floor. The remodel was completed with new lighting and a custom-framed mirror.
Master Suite & Bedrooms
This three-bedroom condo had every bedroom and closet remodeled. The master bedroom received updated lighting, new trim, freshly painted walls, ceiling, and doors, and new luxury vinyl flooring.
In the master bathroom, we created a completely new layout by relocating walls and plumbing, raising the ceiling, and installing two separate vanities. The custom-built shower now includes a contemporary heavy-glass door. The remodel also features a private toilet room with a convenient pocket door, new quartz countertops, updated plumbing fixtures, porcelain tile flooring, and a waterproof membrane beneath all tiled surfaces. We finalized this space with custom-made, framed mirrors and modern lighting.
Screened Porch Addition
To enhance outdoor living, we added a beautiful screened porch, where our clients can enjoy stunning sunrises and sunsets. The porch includes durable porcelain tile flooring with a waterproof membrane underneath, a new ceiling fan, and updated lighting. We completed the porch with elegant rod iron railings and new aluminum-framed screen enclosures.
